Troubleshooting: Linking staff from LDAP to XUNO

When a staff member logs in, they may not see a dashboard and instead see the following notification:

Your username has not been linked to your XUNO staff account

 

This is because the LDAP field that you have selected within your XUNO LDAP settings does not match with the user information provided. Your technician can resolve this issue by following these steps:

  1. Log into XUNO as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Options > Software Settings > LDAP Settings.
  3. Find the XUNO - Match user to LDAP field. The selected value will tell you what LDAP field XUNO is using to match to the user that is coming in from your SIS.
  4. Make sure the information that is coming in from your SIS matches the information stored in LDAP.
