XUNO Purchase Order System
How to view SMS sent to your virtual mobile number
When parents, carers or students send SMS to your school's virtual mobile number, this article shows you how to view and reply to them in XUNO.
Note: For absence SMS replies and marking attendance, please watch the video titled 'How to send absence SMS and manage replies.
- From the School menu, click on Received SMS Messages under the Communication subheading.
- Use the filtering options to sort the results by date range and who the messages were received by.
- Click on the Show button to view your results.
- If the SMS is related to attendance you can click on the Mark Attendance button to mark attendance directly from this page.
