XML file messages
- x students with their results will be exported
- This means these students' results will be exported for import into CASES21/CHESS.
- This should be all students in years 0 - 10.
- Unless you wish to exclude students, leave the option as 'Export these students' details'.
- x students will not be exported because of invalid CASES21 details (try importing CASES21 data first)
- This is caused by students who have been added to Accelerus Light manually and who do not have a campus or registration number.
- This can be fixed by exporting a student XML file out of CASES21 and importing it into Accelerus Light.
- This must be fixed and the export student XML process rerun for these scores to be imported into CASES21/CHESS.
- x students will be exported with no results
- This is generally due to student who exited prior to reports being written.
- If these students should have results, ask the relevant teacher/s to enter results. Once this is done, rerun the export student XML process.
- If these students should not have results, decide whether to import their data into CASES21/CHESS. Select 'Export these student's details' to export these students or select 'Don't export these student's details' to exclude these students.
- x results will be exported as averages of multiple class results
- This is not an error. This informs schools of the result being exported to CASES21/CHESS, where multiple teachers have assessed the same student on the same curriculum area/strand and have given them a different result.
- Schools may open the XML files after exporting and change the scores if they do not wish to use the score chosen by Accelerus Light.
- The highest score given by the teachers, is the score reported to CASES21/CHESS.
- x students will not be exported because of an invalid year level
- Only Years 0 - 10 and UG are valid year levels to be exported into CASES21/CHESS
- Unless the students listed should have their results exported to CASES21/CHESS, no action needs to be taken to address this message.
- For Primary schools with this message, check the year level assigned to the student is UG or between 0 and 10
- For secondary schools this may be students in years 11 and 12.
- Where a student'sents year level is updated, re-run the Export Student XML processes.
- x results will be reported as roll-ups of class results
- This indicates that the school incorrectly assessed on 2016 Victorian Curriculum rather than 2017 Victorian Curriculum.
- As only Curriculum Area scores should have been entered by teacher the export process averages the scores to an overall score.
- This message is an information message only to inform them of the result be imported to CASES21/CHESS.
- Any school with this message is reminded to use the 2017 Victorian Curriculum structure in Semester 2.
