The blank result listing is prepared on a teacher-by-teacher basis, showing any students of their classes where there are results missing from the reports selected for printing.
This listing can be run for the whole school in the one process, prior to the printing of reports, so that each teacher receives their page or pages of blank results and these can be corrected and synchronised back into the database.
Prerequisites- If using calculations, run a calculation process for the currently selected cycles via Management > School settings and tools > Tools > Calculate All.
- Victorian Government and Catholic schools preparing to print Victorian Curriculum or Australian Curriculum reports should calculate the overall domain results via the Quick Setup window and clicking Build.
- In Report Jobs, click the Blank Job icon to go to the Blank Result Listing landing page.
- Click on the New Listing icon to start a new Bank Result Listing
This will take you to the window where you can select students you wish to print using the standard search protocols found in all tables in Accelerus web.
Select the students for whom you wish to print the blank result listing report
For example, enter a year level to print the reports of students in that year, as seen here.
- Select the required students then press Continue.
- Click the top left cell to select all students who meet the selection criteria.
OR
- Hold down the Ctrl key while clicking individual students.
OR
- Select the first student required and, holding down the Shift key, click the last student to select a contiguous group of students.

The next window will allow you to configure the report that will be outputted.
- Exclude withdrawn students is ticked on by default. Your school may have students who have been end dated and/ or withdrawn from classes. If those students still require a report, simply untick this box.
- Enter a unique file name for the report/s that will be produced.
Select the included report parts to print
If you wish to include or exclude any part of the reports for the print run, click the Edit icon. You can expand and contract each portion to see the slots included. You can individually tick and untick each slot, or you can simply untick the whole portion to exclude the whole portion of the report.
Run the blank result listing job- Once you have made all necessary adjustments, you are now ready to process the report job. Simply click on the Run icon on top of the page to start processing the reports. Once you click the Run button, you will be taken back to the main window with the list of all previous Report Runs, if you have any. The status will show Processing while the server is producing the reports and will change to Completed when it is done and ready to download.
- As with any other report, select the listing you want to download.
- Click on the Download icon.
- Navigate to your default download folder and open the file to view the data listing.
The data will look like the following image. It groups the data by Teacher and class, listing all the students that have blank results in the assessment items appearing in the Item(s) column.
NOTE: Only assessment items entered in report templates will appear in the blank result listing. If your templates have fields that delete if no data has been entered by teachers, these assessment items will not be included in the Result Listing.
