Entering Assessment Data
Enter Assessment Data
• Assessment data can be added to Student Maps in two ways, either importing properly formatted csv files using the GradeXpert desktop application,or manually typing in results or comments directly into the map cells.
• Maps are arranged by pages, each map can contain up to 20 pages, and each page (or tab) can contain an unlimited number of columns.
• Data entered into Xuno maps is saved immediately, there is no Save button to click after entering data into a map. You can also access unlimited undo/redo when entering data.
• When entering or editing data, simply type the value into the cell.
• If the cell is a drop-down list of options, pressing any key when in that cell will open the list of options for you to select from.
• These options and allowed values (e.g. only a score of 0-100 is allowed) are all set up in the GradeXpert desktop application, which shares this database between the GradeXpert desktop application and GradeXpert web maps.
