Extracting NAPLAN results from VCAA (VIC) to Import into GradeXpert

To extract your schools NAPLAN results from the VCAA (VIC) and import into GradeXpert, please follow the steps below. Once the files have been exported, send them to support@gradexpert.com.au for conversion.

1. Log in to the VCAA data service website:

2. Click the NAPLAN header in the top ribbon, then choose the NAPLAN Data Extract Option on the following screen. 

3. Select data to extract: 
1. Select the year you want to extract 
2. Select ALL for the Year Level 
3. Select ALL for Outcome 
4. Tick Student Outcome Level Data 
5. Make sure all boxes remain ticked under the categories of Student Outcome Level Data 
6. Click Extract 

4. Please attach the downloaded file(s) and email to support@gradexpert.com.au for 
conversion and importing.
