How to add, modify or delete coordinators for a student

Adding students to a coordinator

  1. Click on the Administration menu and click on Students under the Reports subheading.
  2. Select the required filters to find the student(s) you would like to assign a coordinator to.
  3. Select the corresponding check boxes in the left column for the students you would like to assign the coordinator to, or select the check box in the table header if you would like to select all students.
  4. Select 'Add students to a coordinator' from the With ticked drop down and then select the staff member who is to be the coordinator. 
  5. Repeat this process for assigning students to the rest of your coordinators.

  

Removing students from a coordinator

  1. Click on the Administration menu and click on Students under the Reports subheading.
  2. Select the required filters to find the student or students you would like to unassign from a coordinator. Alternatively, select the additional filters icon and select a coordinator. This will show you all students assigned to that coordinator. 
  3. Select the check boxes in the left column for the students you would like to unassign, or you can select the check box in the table header if you would like to select all students.
  4. At the top of the report, change the 'With ticked' option to 'Unassign students from their coordinator', then select the staff member who is to be removed as coordinator. 

  

How to view a report

  1. Click on the Administration menu and click on Students under the Reports subheading.
  2. Use the filters at the top of the page to find the student or students you would like to include in your report.
  3. Click on the Filter icon to show additional filtering options for your report including House, Campus, Class, Coordinator, Gender and XUNO alerts.
  4. To show or print student photos, tick the corresponding check box next to Show photos.
  5. Click on the Show button to generate your report.
  6. To print or export this report to a CSV file, click on the corresponding Print or Export to CSV icons at the top of the page.
Did you know?
You can allow parents to make Parent Teacher Interview bookings with their child's coordinators? You can do this by going to the PT Interview Settings under the Options menu and selecting the check box for  Coordinator bookings.
